Hong Kong International Convention (HKC)
The Convention will enter into force 24 months after the date on which the following conditions are met:
As of November 2016, Norway, Congo, France, Belgium and Panama have acceded to the Convention.
Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM)
The Inventory of Hazardous Materials shall be specific to each ship and shall at least:
1 identify as Part I, Hazardous Materials listed in Appendices 1 and 2 to HK Convention and contained in ship’s structure or equipment, their location and approximate quantities; and 2 clarify that the ship complies with regulation 4.

IRClass Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd. (ISSPL) is an organization promoted by the Indian Register of Shipping and was set up in 2014. The two companies IRS and ISSPL form the brand IRCLASS, which provides survey, inspection and certification services to the maritime and industrial sectors.
